The Med-Mizer UD-PIVOT-MM 3 Position 1/4 Side Rail Charcoal (SKU: MMI-UD-PIVOT-MM) is an accessory designed for use with Med-Mizer's specialized beds, such as the ActiveCare and Retractabed models. 

Features

  • 3-Position Versatility: These rails are incredibly versatile, offering three functional positions:
    • High Position: Provides leverage or stand assistance for the user.
    • Mid Position: Functions as a traditional half rail for safety.
    • Lowered Position: Aligns the rail evenly with the mattress, getting it out of the way for easy patient transfers or exit.
  • Pivot Functionality: The rail system combines an up/down rail with a pivot feature. By pulling a knob, the rail can unlock and pivot 90 degrees to the side, or even be completely reversed to clear the mattress area.
  • Compatibility: It is compatible with several Med-Mizer beds, including the ActiveCare, Retractabed, AllCare, EX8000, and PivotRehab models.
  • Color and Material: The rails come in a charcoal finish.
